Work Life Balance

Self Esteem

Do you remember how you felt when you moved into the dorms as a freshman or attended that first college class?  All of those feelings will come back when you attend your first day of work. It is important to understand these feelings and remember your strengths.  There will be many times that you make mistakes and feel as though you “can’t do anything right,” but there will also be the times that you “get it” on the first try.  The first year of working and being on your own is an adjustment for everyone. Take this time to learn about yourself and determine your strengths and weakness.  This time in your life is such a growing experience; enjoy it.  You will look back and be amazed at how far you will have come!
