What do casual Fridays really mean in your office?
Business causal still means somewhat dressy:
If you are unsure of what to wear, ask for clarification and dress “one step up” on the first causal day you encounter. Take a survey of the casual dress of other employees to gauge what to wear. Your employee handbook should also clarify the dress code.

- Continue to look professional because you can always have guests come to in your office unexpectedly. You want to still make a good impression.
- Tuck shirts in
- Never wear jeans unless specified to by management
- Do not reveal too much skin; tank tops are not appropriate.
- ALWAYS iron your clothes; do not look like you just rolled out of bed for class.
- ALWAYS practice impeccable grooming
- No flip flops
- Make sure the material of your clothing is appropriate
- No T-shirts
- No shorts or short skirts
