Alumnae Involvement

Where can I get plugged in?

Alumnae Chapters: Alumnae members can be involved with local alumnae chapters.  Most major cities across the nation have strong, active alumnae chapters that plan different events throughout the year.  You may have seen your local alumnae involved in recruitment, homecoming, etc. Alumnae chapters are made up of Phi Mu alumnae who live in one city/area and may be from many different collegiate chapters.  Alumnae chapters flourish because Phi Mus want to keep in touch with other Phi Mus and socialize with others who share our Bond.  If you plan to move to a new area of the country, there is likely a Phi Mu alumnae chapter to welcome you when you arrive!  Check for a local alumnae chapter in the city you plan to move after graduation, whether it be home with your parents, a new city for a job you plan to take or a campus for graduate school.  If you need more information regarding a local alumnae chapter, please contact the Headquarters

Chapter Associations: Chapter associations are made up of alumnae from one collegiate chapter.  Chapter associations keep alumnae in close touch with one another and their collegiate chapter.  The intended purpose, in addition to keeping close lifetime Bonds among chapter sisters, is to encourage references for potential new members and to provide moral, physical and financial support to their collegiate chapter.  This gives alumnae the opportunity to participate in chapter activities and stay in touch with their chapter, regardless of where they relocate after graduating.
