After Graduation

An Updated Always Phi Mu

Phi Mu chapters across the country provide college students with social opportunities, a support network, and personal enrichment resources.  Phi Mu sisters build one another up toward achieving our personal best.  After graduation, alumnae stay connected and continue to help one another through every stage in life.

The Site
Today’s technology has made it easier than ever for Phi Mus to reconnect with college friends, stay in touch with sisters, and to meet other alumnae with shared interests.

This website began as a resource for our emerging alumnae.  It contains great information about applying for graduate school, finding a first job, and adjusting to life after college.

Inspired by the winter/spring 2009 Aglaia we have added guidance from Phi Mu experts on a variety of topics to serve as resources for alumnae of all ages.  Each month a new Phi Mu “thought leader” will share her story and give insight to help you increase vibrancy in your own life.  Do you have expertise you would like to share with your Phi Mu sisters?  Contact rherring@phimu.org about becoming a future Phi Mu thought leader.

Always Phi Mu also gives you an opportunity to connect with Phi Mu’s online support system.  Bloom is Phi Mu’s sister-only networking site.  On Bloom you will find groups for women from your collegiate chapter, Phi Mu sisters living in your city, and alumnae in your same career field.  Need a Phi Mu who can serve as your mentor?  Willing to take a younger sister under your wing?  Bloom is the place to start.  Whether you are looking for professional or social contacts, you can grow your own network of sisters on Bloom.

We are individuals, leaders and friends.  Together we form a vibrant group of Phi Mus.  Take advantage of this network and use this website to stay connected. Your sisters are just a click away!
